Production Timeline
Our production lead time for new
orders is
now approximately 8 weeks plus
transit time.
Please
note we are working to hit exact ship dates of current orders but ALL orders
are trending to be approximately 1 week delayed. Our production had been trending to be approximately 3-5
business days delayed but one of our CNC machines went down last week
unexpectedly for three delays, causing further disruptions.
Please know these things we are doing:
- We are declining opening up relationships with new retail partners. Our first priority is to service and fulfill you, our current partner, and please know that we are doing that as best as our current production capacity is able.
- Loll production is moving to our new 30,000 sq ft production space – which will have two CNC’s. One is brand-new with increased productivity. We hope this move will happen mid/end of August. The move will certainly impact operations so that is a reason why the production timeline has been even more extended.
September Sale
Loll will run its annual September Sale. This sale is effective Sept 1-30
and offers 15% off list price. We do extend this discount to be 15% off your
wholesale price.
We will also offer FREE FedEx ground shipping.
Products that are denoted with a + on your price sheet which are oversized
do NOT qualify for free shipping. See Sharon for quotes for those like usual.
If you are receiving push-back from your customers on our extended lead
times, a communication recommendation
to your customers is for them to place new orders during our September Sale to take advantage
of the discounts.
Trade Customer Orders
We do realize that some retail partners do work with trade customers.
Please know that Loll’s business structure is such that we do need to be more black/white in terms of what qualifies as a retail order and what qualifies for a trade order. If this
applies to you, please see me directly for clarification on our guidelines for
these orders.
