Please remember that if a customer places an order on Loll’s
website and references your store at checkout we do give that brick and mortar
the full sale credit.

Loll Trade Program Policy
It has become necessary for us to clearly
define the parameters of our retail, trade + contract programs.
- “Retail” definition: end-user consumers
- “Trade” definition: interior designers, landscape architects working on residential projects and/or small commercial projects.
- “Contract” definition: commercial/hospitality projects
Loll partnering retailers may offer
discounting to qualified trade professionals. You may not offer discounting to
contract professionals. Please review these parameters:
- A MAXIMUM of 12% off retail prices may be given to a qualified TRADE professional (see definition above).
- Free shipping is NOT allowed.
- The MAXIMUM retail value will be $8,000. Please contact us if you are working on a project beyond this scope.
- Loll reserves the right to extend the production lead time.
- Loll reserves the right to decline processing orders if there is a conflict of interest with another one of our sales channels.
