Here are some updates from Loll.

Our Holiday Schedule is as follows:

Closed: Thurs Nov 27 - Friday Nov 28
Closed: Monday Dec 22 – Friday Dec 26

Closed: Thurs Jan 1

Production Schedule

Our production timeline is still trending to be delayed. We continue to estimate that your order will take an additional approximate 2 weeks above the production lead time you were given when your order was placed.

Our production team has continued to work overtime and will do so until we hit ship dates.

New orders will be entered with a ship date of after the Christmas Holiday.

2015 Updates

Please know that in early December we will share our 2015 Pricing, which includes a price increase, and an updated Retail Policy we will require all partners to review and continue to abide by.

Production Delays

Hi -

Although we were hopeful we would be caught up by now, we are still trending to be delayed. At this time, we estimate that your order will take an additional 1-2 weeks above the production lead time you were given when your order was placed.

Our production team has continued to work overtime and will do so until we hit ship dates.

New orders will be entered at an approximate 5 week production lead time. We still hope to slowly decrease the lead time moving forward.
