Loll Facility Move
Our production and office staff
has moved to a new 30,000+ sq ft facility. Our address is now:

Production Timeline
Our
production lead time for new orders is still approximately 8 weeks plus transit time. I will confirm when
this lead time will lessen.
As
you are well aware ALL orders are still trending to be approximately 1-2 weeks
delayed. We estimate we will be caught up mid-October and then will start
hitting the given approximate ship date.
Trade/Retail Protocols
As Loll’s retail and trade sides
have developed, it has become more and more necessary for us to clearly define
the parameters of the two programs. In our eyes, if we don’t separate our
retail/wholesale programs from our trade/contract programs it negatively
affects our partners in both sales channels.
If your location has overlap
with the trade and has historically extended discounts off our retail list
prices, please contact me for clarification on our policies.
