New Lollygagger Collection Launch, Evergreen Color Now Available, Return/Cancellation Policy + More

Here are some updates from Loll:

PRODUCTION TIMELINE
Our current production timeline continues to be approximately 2 weeks plus transit time. We make all products made to order; we do not keep an inventory of stock.

RED MATERIAL UPDATE
Our red material is no longer on back order. Production timeline will follow the regular 2 weeks plus transit time.

LOLLYGAGGER COLLECTION LAUNCH!
We are pleased to launch Lollygagger Collection! Please review these details about this new Collection. Cut sheets are available to download on the side bar of this site.

• Lollygagger Lounge (already launched). SKU: LC-LL-(color code). 
  
• Lollygagger Sofa. SKU: LC-LS-(color code).
  
• Lollygagger Chaise. SKU: LC-LC-(color code). 
  
• Lollygagger Side Table. SKU: LC-LST-(color code).
  
• Lollygagger Coffee Table Round: SKU: LC-CTRD-(color code).

As I’ve mentioned, we are also working on cushions to fit the Lollygagger collection.

BEER GARDEN COLLECTION LAUNCH - BAR STOOLS!
We are pleased to launch two new bar-height stools! They will be part of the Beer Garden Collection, which grow to include more stools and possibly tables.

• Cliff Bar Stool, Square. SKU: BG-CBSS-(color code).

NEW COLOR AVAILABLE
We can now offer the color evergreen to all customers. It was formerly an exclusive color of Design Within Reach retail. We will be sending out 2 round color samples for you to add to your color rings shortly. The SKU for this color is “–EG”. 
 
PRODUCT CHANGE NOTIFICATION

• The former Lollygagger Coffee Table is now called the San Onofre Coffee Table. Dimensions are exactly the same; it just has a new name. SKU: SA-SOCT-(color code).
  
•  The Chiaroscuro Clock Large has been temporarily discontinued due to shipping issues. The Chiaroscuro Clock Small did not have the same shipping issues and is still available. SKU: AC-CC12-(color code).
  

DISPLAY/INVENTORY ORDER POLICY - NEW
For whom it applies, please review the following information on display/inventory orders:

• Starting now, each brick & mortar is restricted to ordering TWO display orders per calendar year, which receive 20% off wholesale. Maximum number of pieces to receive discount is FIVE per display order.
• If you wish to display pieces from our new Lollygagger Collection (including the already launched Lollygagger Lounge) you will receive 20% off wholesale + free ground shipping + 60 day terms. Orders must be placed by April 11 to receive this. This display order does not count towards your two display orders per year. Maximum number of pieces to receive discount is FIVE.
• Inventory order inquiries are considered on a case-by-case scenario. Depending on quantity, the most we can offer for inventory discounts is approximately 5-10% off wholesale.

RETURNS/CANCELLATION POLICY

New orders can be cancelled within 1 business day with no fee.

After this time, a 20% restocking fee (of list price) will be applied. Please remember that we do make all products made to order and in order for us to meet short production lead times we need to process your order soon after it is received. A late cancellation often results in us having to resell your order.

Unshipped orders will also receive a 20% restocking fee (of list price).

Returned orders will receive a 20% restocking fee (of list price). You must contact Loll Designs within 10 days of receipt of item. Before returning an item, please contact sales@lolldesigns.com to obtain return instructions.  

Your customer is responsible for the return shipment costs. Items returned must be in their original condition, unassembled in their original packing, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. The return must be post-marked within 10 days of receiving the item. Depending on the condition of how the product is returned also depends on the refund amount - it could exceed 20% if returned in poor condition.

TRADESHOWS
FYI that Loll will be exhibiting at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair in NYC and Dwell on Design in LA this year.
 
RECOMMENDATIONS (TOP-SELLING PRODUCT INFO)

• If you ever want recommendations on what to show in your space, let me know! As a FYI:
• Our best-selling colors in order are: charcoal grey, leaf green, cloud white, black, apple red, sky blue, sunset orange (this new color is selling very well!), chocolate brown, evergreen, sand.
• Top-selling products include: Cabrio, 4 Slat Flat Standard Adirondack, Lollygagger Lounge, Lago, Satellite End Round 18, Mondo Triple 40 Gallon Planter.
