Loll Holiday Schedule, Production Update + 2015 Pricing to Come

Here are some updates from Loll.

Our Holiday Schedule is as follows:

Closed: Thurs Nov 27 - Friday Nov 28
Closed: Monday Dec 22 – Friday Dec 26

Closed: Thurs Jan 1

Production Schedule

Our production timeline is still trending to be delayed. We continue to estimate that your order will take an additional approximate 2 weeks above the production lead time you were given when your order was placed.

Our production team has continued to work overtime and will do so until we hit ship dates.

New orders will be entered with a ship date of after the Christmas Holiday.

2015 Updates

Please know that in early December we will share our 2015 Pricing, which includes a price increase, and an updated Retail Policy we will require all partners to review and continue to abide by.

Production Delays

Hi -

Although we were hopeful we would be caught up by now, we are still trending to be delayed. At this time, we estimate that your order will take an additional 1-2 weeks above the production lead time you were given when your order was placed.

Our production team has continued to work overtime and will do so until we hit ship dates.

New orders will be entered at an approximate 5 week production lead time. We still hope to slowly decrease the lead time moving forward.

Production Lead Time, Communication + Loll Tool

Hi all -

Production Timeline

We are catching up! We do have some delayed orders now but estimate by next week we will be hitting ship dates on your confirmations.

New lead time is approximately 6 weeks + transit time. We are hoping to decrease our production lead time by 1 week each coming week going forward until we get down to approximately 2-3 weeks for production + transit time. So, by the week of November 17^th we estimate we will be at approximately 2 weeks plus transit time and we hope to stay at this mark for awhile. I will update if there are any changes.

Loll Tool

Just reiterating that the Loll Tool which was available for $3.60 will now ship with orders for NO CHARGE. This is done automatically; there is nothing you need to do. If your customer orders a product that we think that needs a Loll tool for assembly, they will receive one.

Loll Tool

Going forward, the Loll Tool which was available for $3.60 will now ship with orders for NO CHARGE. This is done automatically; there is nothing you need to do. We found that the tool makes assembly much easier so we want to provide this as a free useful tool to all customers.

However, there will be a small variance to this. For example, items that ship assembled and don’t need a tool include:

Loll Facility Move

Our production and office staff has moved to a new 30,000+ sq ft facility. Our address is now:

Production Timeline

Our production lead time for new orders is still approximately 8 weeks plus transit time. I will confirm when this lead time will lessen.

Trade/Retail Protocols

As Loll’s retail and trade sides have developed, it has become more and more necessary for us to clearly define the parameters of the two programs. In our eyes, if we don’t separate our retail/wholesale programs from our trade/contract programs it negatively affects our partners in both sales channels.

If your location has overlap with the trade and has historically extended discounts off our retail list prices, please contact me for clarification on our policies.
