Production Timeline

Our production timeline is currently approximately 3-4 weeks plus transit time. Your Sales Order confirmations will be set at the 4 week production timeline. Your current orders may be delayed slightly.

We apologize for the delays and thank you for your patience.

Cancellation Policy

You are able to cancel your order within five business days of placing your order. Please remember we do make all orders made to order; we do not keep an inventory of stock. An order being cancelled after we already made it (or programmed it) puts us in quite the tight spot. If you do need to cancel your order after five business days, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

New Fresh Air Collection and more!

New Fresh Air Collection!
We are pleased to launch a new dining collection called the Fresh Air Collection! New products are:

• Fresh Air Table 58. SKU: FA-T58-(color code). List $760, w/s $380.
• Fresh Air Bench 18. SKU: FA-B18-(color code). List $210, w/s $105.
• Fresh Air Bench 44. SKU: FA-B44-(color code). List $399, w/s $200.

The Fresh Air Bench 18 fits snugly into the ends of the table and the Bench 44 fits the length so seating up to 6 is possible.

Few more things about the Fresh Air:

• Downloadable images continue to be available on the Press Page, linked from the Retail HUB.
• The downloadable cut sheets and price sheets on the Retail Hub are updated to include the Fresh Air. If you ordered a POP kit, we have included a printed an updated version of both.

Sand Delay Reminder
We had a recent problem with the sand colored material and had to backorder it. Orders that contain products with sand material will be available to ship near the end of June. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Production Lead Time
Continues to be approximately three weeks plus transit time. At times, order may ship a few days over the three week mark but we strive to be very close. We appreciate your flexibility!

For those who ordered POPs, they are shipping these week! We hope you like them as much as we do!

May Sale Reminder
All products in the Flora Container Collection are 20% off the entire month of May. You will receive 20% off wholesale during that time. Same shipping costs apply. For those who ordered POPs, you will receive a sign for the sale.

• Sand Delay: We have had a recent problem with the sand colored material and have to backorder it. We should be receiving a new batch in about 6 weeks. New orders that contain products with sand material will be available to ship near the end of June. Please communicate this to your customers. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Production Timeline

T77 Dining Chair

We are working on redesigning the T77 chair. Currently it is only available with slate Richlite. If you happen to receive an order for it with nutmeg Richlite, please contact me directly. We hope to launch a new version of this chair this summer.

New POPs

Reminder that we've developed new POPs and are pleased to send them to you free of charge. These POPs look great and may be an extremely beneficial selling/informational piece about Loll in your store. Please note: we will NOT send these out automatically. If you haven't already done so, you MUST contact me (sharon@lolldesigns.com) if you wish to have them sent to your location.

For those who have responded, we aim to ship these kits within the next two weeks.

We’ve revamped our POPs and stands and they are lookin’ gooooooood. Please note: we will NOT send these out automatically. You MUST contact me (sharon@lolldesigns.com) if you wish to have them sent to your location.
