It's December and I'm sure you are busy so we will keep this short.
Lead time is now 2 weeks. Orders placed by Dec 7th will be shipped to arrive before the 24th.
Dog Bowl pricing and design change. We have moved to a made in the USA stainless steel bowl for the dog feeders. This did increase a the wholesale/retail but we believe this to be a selling point and the new bowls are really nice. 2013 Pricing: we will have the new 2013 updated on the HUB by very soon it will take affect on Jan 1, 2013.

October Update
Hi –
Thank you for working with Loll Designs.
The September Sale was a huge success – thank you to all those who were
able to take advantage!
Here are some updates:
Communication Coming Up
I will be going on maternity leave the beginning of November (I think!)
and will be returning mid-January. During this time, please send all orders
submissions and questions to sales@lolldesigns.com.
My phone will be forwarded to my co-worker, Jill Letendre and she, or Nate
Heydt, will be happy to process orders or answer any questions in my absence.

Production Lead Time
Orders placed October 8-14 will receive a 5-week production lead time.
Orders placed Oct 15 on will receive a 4-week production lead time. I will
update you if we are able to reduce our production lead time lower than 4
weeks.
POP Sets and Consumer
Brochures
Reminder that if you would like our POP kit please let me know! We also
have consumer brochures available: it’s a great-looking 6-page booklet that
includes collection overviews and lifestyle shots. We do not include our web or physical address on
it at all so you can put your own store location on it. Please let me know if
you would like me to send them out to you.

Shipping Reminder
With the September Sale complete, we are now back to 7% shipping (of the
list price) for all regular items via FedEx ground. Again, all items denoted
with a “+” on your price list must get an exact shipping quote from me as they
ship LTL service.

September Sale in Effect, Loll's 1% for the Planet Participation, and More
Hi all –
The September
Sale has been a success! Thank you for your orders and for taking advantage of
15% off wholesale plus free shipping for the entire month of September. The month is flying by; there is less than two weeks left…so take advantage!
Reminder that
Loll is exhibiting at the Casual Furniture Fair this year! The show is in Chicago's Merchandise Mart and runs September 20-23. If you are planning
to attend the show, please stop by our booth 8-6094A. I will be attending the
show so please note there may be a slight delay in response time to your
inquiries. You may always call 877-740-3387 x1 in my absence.
We continue to be
at a 6 week production lead time. We hope in the next few weeks we can evaluate
this lead time and decrease it. I’ll let you all know if anything changes.

Production Timeline/Delays + New Products!
Hi –
Thank you for working with Loll
Designs. We continue to be operating at an approximate 6 week production
timeline. As we work towards completing orders, we always ship by first
scheduled ship date so your order will be produced in the order it was
received.
We have experienced significant delays on receiving material from our raw
material supplier. If your order is delayed, it is due to this. For specific
order status questions, feel free to contact me directly on a case-by-case
scenario.
